343 has delivered a large update that affects every game on the Halo: The Master Chief Collection, and offered an update on ODST and the Relic multiplayer map remake' release date.
You can find the full suite of updates, which are available immediately, by heading here. Quitting and betrayals are now more severely punished, vehicle weapons in Halo have better accuracy, a small hitbox issue in Halo 2 has been addressed, and many, many more small issues have been fixes.
343 also offered a vague update regarding when ODST and the Relic multiplayer map would be available.
Additionally, we’re excited about the progress of the Relic multiplayer map remake and the Campaign for Halo 3: ODST, both of which are on track to release within Halo: The Master Chief Collection next month with our next content update.
Finally, in the gallery below, you will find a collection of new screenshots for the upcoming additions.
PN Opinion: Halo: The Master Chief Collection has been one hell of a ride for me this far. The game has had plenty of downs and quite a few ups. I'm very excited to jump back in with all the new updates including rank resets but it's going to have to wait a little longer since Mortal Kombat X is still holding it's ground with my attention.
