Trials of Osiris brings a new event, and game type in Destiny (We've been hearing rumors about it since the launch of the game) (Titan to the left, Hunter in the middle, and Warlock to the right) The Trials of Osiris will be a weekend event, starting at 10 AM PST on Friday, and ends on the weekly reset (Tuesday 2 AM PST). The Trials of Osiris is a 3v3 Elimination mode. You need to win five rounds to win a match. If you die, you have to wait until a team mate revives you, or the round ends. Unlike most gametypes, the Trials of Osiris matches you up with Opponents that have a good connection to you. It does not find you allies like a Nightfall, so you have to form a Fireteam of 3 before competing in this event. If you lose 3 matches, your passage will expire, and you'll have to purchase a new one in order to play again. Much like the Iron Banner your gear does matter in this. You can win up to 9 times, and claim Brother Vance's rewards. Here's the Trials of Osiris livestream Edit: It tuns out after the 2 minute timer runs out, a zone spawns (Usually at Zone B) the first team catch it wins. However the other team can always kill the team that's trying to get the zone. Weapons it seems everybody who played the Trials of Osiris is suggesting to bring a hand cannon, and a sniper. Looks fun and if I weren't totally burnt way the hell out on destiny I'd get in there for that Egypt bling, since I'm a bit of an egyptophile

I'm pretty excited for the Trials of Osiris. The Titan armor is supposed to look like Horus. Warlock's clearly Anubis. While the Hunter might be the most challenging one. Unless it's Osiris. If so, really Bungie? Regardless, the Egyptian space armor is awesome.
