Tython is a verdant world located in the Tython System of the Deep Core. It is where the original Je'daii order was founded due to the force rich environment of the planet allowing the Gree and Kwa force sensitive settlers to discover the full potential of their abilities. Although Tython enjoyed over ten thousand years of peace, in 25,805 BBY it became the site of the final battle of the Despot War and then twelve years later a vessel from the Infinite Empire of the Rakata crashed on the surface, sparking an intense Force storm which occurred as the balance of Tython's aura was shifted between the light side and dark sides of the Force. Not long after the storm, the great Force War, a devastating conflict fought between the followers of the light and dark sides of the Force, began and in the aftermath that followed the followers of the light side went on to found the successor of the Je'daii order, the Jedi Order. Now, Tython is once again a battlefield for the forces of light and dark as Sith Lord Darth Vader of the Galactic Empire and Jedi Master Luke Skywalker of the Rebel Alliance dispatch their force sensitive warriors to locate and acquire recently discovered Jedi Holocrons.
Halo 4 Capture The Flag
Date: 8/8/15
Time: 9 PM EST
Number of Players: Up to 16.
Balancing: Even number of players per team with rotation if needed.
Rewards: Two tickets for members of the winning team, one ticket for members of the losing team.
The Halo 4 Capture the Flag "Battle for the Holocrons" event will take place on Pitfall as players use energy swords to retrieve flags (holocrons) from the enemy base and return them to their own. There will be three force powers available on the map at Rocket Hall, Invis Hall and Overshield Hall. These force powers, when picked up, will grant the user invisibility, overshield or super speed for a short time. The first team to capture 10 Holocrons for their faction will claim victory.
