A subtle announcement many may have missed is the fact that Fallout 3 will be included with the Xbox One version of Fallout 4.
The announcement wasn't called out or highlighted in an overt way, and instead appeared as a ticker note on the bottom of the screen while Todd Howard detailed Fallout 4. Presumably, the included Fallout 3 will the Xbox 360 version of the game, and will be backwards compatible as opposed to being an updated version of the game specifically for Xbox One.
