Hi everyone.
I know it's been quite a long time since I've been around, but I wanted to come by to sign up here on the forums. It would be really nice to keep in touch with you guys. You are all missed by me...
Not too sure what to say, so I'm just going to wing it.
I'm 24 now working as a Registered Pharmacy Technician in a compounding pharmacy. I moved out of my mom's house about a year ago and bought a home with my boyfriend. For the past 4 years, I've been trying to understand my newly diagnosed diseases and such. Managing a life with conditions you're unfamiliar with and doctor's are clueless about, has been one of the biggest challenges I've ever faced. I've only just recently started feeling better.
As for the gaming part of my life, I went backwards after XBL (with the exception of my WiiU purchase). I've been playing games on the SNES, N64, and Gamecube mostly. I stream on Twitch every now and then (still working on a consistent schedule). My main interest is "speedrunning." I play Diddy Kong Racing, A Link to the Past, Road Rash, and Aladdin as my main speed games. If you visit speedrun.com, you can find some of my times on the leaderboards. I usually run shorter categories (runs that last about 30 minutes or less). This is because I develop pain and stiffness in my wrists and fingers much easier now if I play for a few hours. Shorter runs give me the opportunity to take quick breaks and stretch my legs and arms
Other than that, my life isn't too exciting. I hope everyone here is still kicking major ass and doing well in their own lives.
