The CEO of Take-Two interactive has confirmed three permanent games in their line-up. Grand Theft Auto should offer no surprise to anyone, anywhere... ever. However, the mention of Red Dead and Bioshock are both surprising and welcome. Red Dead has sold over 13 million copies, making it an idiots move to let it die. BioShock was a bit more surprising due to the closing of the studio that made the games earlier this year. Either way, I'm psyched to get back into the wild west. Full story at the source below. I've never played the BioShocks, but I watched Sam play the first one for like ten minutes once. Why no yay? Last one bad or summin'?

i loved the first one, enjoyed the second one, but HATED the third
now this was not the general consensus. a lot of people, probably most everyone loved the last one. they changed a lot of stuff, and added things and i hated every single thing

iv been waiting for dis im hype ohhh yea iv been making fan fiction about the sequel to redemption or threequal but i wanna see jack marston in the a war based on the time period i think that ww1 would fit but the war stuff is in the early beginning of the game and jack moves somwhere west and a bunch of shit goes down

The Revolutionary War is the only actual historical war that would fit the time period. Although I dont recall the exact date Read Dead takes place. WW1 might be a possibility, but no part of that war took place in the US.

The last notable date in red dead is when Abigail died and that was in 1914 jack is about 20 at that time so if there was a war he would be in it would be ww1 and red dead is based a while after the civil war tyra

Honestly who gives a fuck, if this game turned into a war game I'd be pissed off. This series is an old west open world game, and that's how it should be.

i agree david im sayin that like a tutorial or something like that would be in a flash back or sum. But i dont ever know they might go a lil bit back more in the 1800's but if they go to the 1700s that way to fucking far it could be a bout john when he was in his gang
and i know ww1 happened in Europe im just sayin it would be like the best placement if they wanted to do a war in the game

You know there was another game in this "series" right? Red Dead Revolver came out first and had nothing to do with the Marston family, and that's what I hope happens for the next one. Something completely different just in the same time period. The first one was set in the 1880's, the second in 1911 so there's a bit of a gap, but more or less it's the same shit going on in that part of the world. Just give me another random dude in the wild west that I can ride a horse with, shoot revolvers, and skin animals and I'll be happy
