- This thread is exclusively for news around the gaming world. Post news, updates or trailers here.
- DO NOT POST reviews or speculation. Rumor articles from large sites such as IGN, GameInformer and GameSpot are acceptable.
- Label your threads. At the top right of the create thread you will find a gear, click it then hover over labels and select the appropriate tags for your thread. You may use multiple tags per thread, but one is minimum. If a label doesn't fit your thread, please request for it to be added.
- Make sure your topic hasn't already been posted. Read before you post, check the board to ensure another member hasn't made a similar thread.
- Provide your source. At the end of every thread, link to your source of the story. If you are simply copying/pasting a story, use the 'quote' option in the thread so you are protected against plagiarism. YouTube videos are not required to be linked back to their source, as it simply double-posts the video.
- Use proper spelling and grammar. Ensure that your thread is error free with proper spelling and formatting.
Following these guidelines allows 'Gaming News' to remain a clean and reliable source of information for quick access to gamers in the community.
