JUNE - Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition Mini-Tourny!

UPDATE: Due to player feedback the tournament rules have been changed. Players may use whatever character they want, whenever they want. If you want to spam the same attack for the entire tournament and make all of your friends hate you with a burning passion, you're free to do so. You are free to fight however you want. Due to this change of rules, players are allowed to rage and bitch as much as they'd like.

The Super Street Fighter IV Arcade edition mini-tournament is a one-vs-one tournament that will be held this coming weekend (6/27-6/29). In this tournament, players will register via this thread to participate by posting their gamertag and what character they plan to use for the event. Players will be randomly matched against one another and classic elimination style fights will take place. The fights will be best two out of three.

The tournament should be condensed into one day of fighting depending on the number of combatants and how players schedules may be affected.

The rules of the tournament are simple.

• No disrespecting other players, raging or quitting out of a match. You registered to play, so play. The rules have been updated. Players who quit or violently insult other players will be removed from the tournament and possibly Panic Nation. However, crying like a baby, screaming, throwing your controller, screaming obscenities loudly into the microphone, peeing on your Xbox and aggressively masturbating are all fair game now.
• No network manipulation. Once again, this isn't a deal amongst our community, we just all have terrible connections. In the event of lag, we will sort out a solution.

The bracket style tournament will close when one player has defeated the ladder. The winner will receive a one-off achievement for the forums.

Registration for the tournament will close this Wednesday 6/25/14 to allow time for scheduling. This means you only have two days to get your registration in so get moving!
