It's Kinda like pokemon stadium. You can create a bunch of teams (and save them), make them shiny, set their Ev's and Iv's, teach them their best moves, also they have all the pokemon to date. It's worth a check out if you like to battle in pokemon (or crush the dreams of children). It also doesn't require a download, however it will ask you to make a profile. It should work on all PCs, and laptops.
