It starts at 9AM pacific, and 12:00PM east. What I'm expecting to see is more maps then the alpha I'm guessing 4-6 maps, a bigger customization, more of the city, more weapons, armor, a higher level cap, the launch of the app for the phone, more story missions, maybe a couple new strikes, possibly a Raid, and possibly a new free roam area such as the moon.
