Hey guys, so if you play Pokemon X and Y online at all, then you've probably noticed that the new Pokemon #666 Vivillon is the devil butterfly that has A LOT of different forms up until a few months ago it had 18 unique patterns. The France got a special pokeball pattern, and now as of July 7, 2014 there has been a special 'fancy' pattern released via mystery gift to all players due to the GTS (global trade system) reaching over 100 MILLION trades. So if ya haven't already turn on those pokemon games and go claim your uniquely patterned Vivillon's.

Also, dude, I got Celebi from the PokeBank and people are offering Shiney Lugia/Ho-Oh/Groudon and more for it... Very tempting but I dunno

Lol you can't trade it on the GTS if that's what you're talking about. Celebi and certain other special legendaries I.e. Arceus, deoxys, and shaymin have a special ribbon so they can't be put on GTS you can trade one on one but that's it and maybe wonder trade.
