SHINIES!!!

So even if you have been in the pokemon games as much and for as long as I have been, there's still a chance that you may have only heard of the elusive super rare type of pokemon......the shiny.  After playing every game in the series up until this point (minus Crystal version & 4th gen and Black/White 2) I had only ever successfully found in the wild 2 of these elusive creatures(legitimately at least).  One was in the gold game I found and killed a shiny Raikou (on accident) and the other was in sapphire I came across a shiny Bagon after only an hour or so of gameplay, needless to say I rocked the last 3-4 gyms and the elite 4 with my greenish Salamence. Well I suppose there was also the Red Gyardos in the lake of rage, but that was just given to you practically.

Now this being said I had never been one to go out searching for these uber rare pokes, and as such never paid much attention to them.  That is, until this new gen of games.  Within the first 30 min of gameplay I found and captured my first shiny, and it was one of my all time favorite pokemon, Absol.  That of course was back late last year and since then I have quite a few come and go and I thought I'd show them off a little bit.
