MAY - Halo Wars 1v1 Tournament

Due to the increased popularity of Halo Wars among the Panic Nation community I've decided to host a 1V1 tournament for this month.

The tournament rules are simple. Anyone who wants to participate simply signs up on this thread with the name of the leader they plan to use during the tournament, players MUST stick with the leader they pick throughout the entire tournament.

The fights will be on a best two out of three basis. The first round, one player will host and select the map to fight on, the second round the players will switch roles. If a third round is needed, a coin toss will be held to select the next host.

The rules are simple:

• No rage quitting - If you join the fight, finish it. No self destructing bases. Fight until the very last unit/supply pad!
• No insulting other players, complaining about a strategy used or bitching and moaning about loosing. It's just a game. Suck it up.
• No standbying, lag switching or any other network manipulation. We all know plenty of players in Panic Nation have, literally, the most garbage of connections and some lag is to be expected. Not to mention unit lag from RTS'. Please don't jump the gun and start blaming your fellow clan mates for cheating, I don't think any of us would stoop that low.
• As mentioned above, users must use the same leader they initially choose for the entire tournament.

The prizes for the tournament are as follows:

• Third Place - A $5 Xbox Live Card
• Second Place - A $10 Xbox Live Card
• First Place - A $20 Xbox Live Card and a One-of-a-kind achievement for their forum profile.

The first round of the tournament will take place on Saturday, May 3rd, leaving only two days to register so get signed up quickly!

If you fail to show up for your battle, you will forfeit that match and be eliminated from the game.
