Synopsis: Help Panic Nation bring some new friends into the community using the 'Meta Effect'. Our goal for August is 4 new members!
Goal Progress: 10/4 (250%) We've reached our goal for the month! But don't stop there, the more the merrier!
Running Time: All month long.
Scoring: +100 points per recruit.
Bonuses: +200 points if the recruit gains votes and passes the Meta Effect.
Number of Players: Unlimited.
Achievement: All players who bring in some fresh blood will earn 'The Friend' achievement as well as a unique one for AW 2014, which will be posted when it is complete.
Rules:
- Players should recruit using the 'Meta Effect' - The Meta Effect allows any player to join Panic Nation as a trial member for one week (this nets you +100 points. They must be registered on the site.) The new recruits then have one week to gain their three votes into the community. At the end of the week if they have at least two votes, their time will be extended by one week. If they have one vote, they will gain an additional 24 hours. Recruits have full access to Panic Nation excluding the Bank of Gaming and Prize Based tournaments. They are able to participate in the 2014 Alignment Wars, joining the team of their recruiter. If the recruit passes the Meta Effect, the recruiter nets +100 more points.
