It seems to me that there is not a very big interest in game battles at this point in time with the alignment wars and with the minecraft build off taking place. There is nothing wrong with not having a big interest in this matter because I think that playing xbox should not become something to be made into a job. I am not going to hound anyone to be active in the matter of the elite team because it will just turn it into something that no one wants to continue with and will become an irritation. I know that not everyone can make practice very often with their lives outside of xbox, for me its going to be school starting on the 21st. the only thing i can suggest is that even if we are not all on you still try and play a few games and come up with your own strategies that you can share with the rest of the team when we do all get together for a practice. I know i havent been the best captain in terms of getting everyone together but I still would rather have this be something fun than a chore. I am on most of the time im just appearing offline because i dont want to be bothered by everything thats going on with the alignment wars. So if youre ready to play invite me because im always up for playing some games with you guys.

I'm still very interested but like you said with the alignment wars going on it makes for limited time to actually practice and play. I'm thinking even if we tried to get some practice in on Thursdays and maybe play games on Fridays it may work but that depends on what you think as well

I think we need to figure out how much people want to do this and how we can work with everyone's schedule

I fail to see how having a set schedule for practices or official nights to run GB's is a chore. Majority of people in this community will not show up to something unless you name a time and place. Interest is quick to fade due to inactivity and such has been the case. Competitive gaming for me in fun and the nights we ran GB's were the most fun I've had on Call of Duty since the launch of Modern Warfare 2. Thinking of it as a job will effectively turn it into a job. There is absolutely no reason to be negative about it nor the alignment wars (You're appearing offline due to this? Really? Just tell people you aren't interested and move on.) Those who are interested in competitive gaming have stepped forward. Leading a team means being a leader. Name a time and place, be there at that time and whoever shows up is who you want to put time into. It goes without saying that I'm still interested in game battles and am eager to get back into them. And also, like you said with the alignment wars going on it makes for limited time to actually practice and play. The Alignment wars take up two nights a week after 8 and 9 PM EST and last at maximum two hours respectively. This leaves 164 hours a week for game battles activity.

Yes but once you add in the fact that we work plus our personal time etc. it starts to become limited. Like me when I work I only have about 3-4 hours per day to actually play. I'm not saying there isn't enoigh time to do it all I'm saying is that when you need to try to work peoples schedules together it can be difficult

As I said, make a date and time. One that works for you, since you're supposed to be leading this. Stick with that date and time and then revolve around the people that show up. In other words, actually make an effort or I'm going to buy the two ONE of you this shirt. EDIT: I work 8-10 hours a day, 50 hours a week. Run Panic Nation including the Alignment Wars, meaning I'm at every single event and also maintain PN's site, Toxic FM and pretty much every other aspect of the community excluding graphics which is a recent change. Pile that on top of the fact that I'm also doing my best to maintain a healthy relationship with my fiancee whom I no longer live with and yet, I've been 'leader' of the ELITE Team for about an hour and have already figured out a date and time I can commit too. When I asked the two of you about the jobs you both said "Oh sure, I can def. do one a week." Got any other lame excuses to lay out for me?
