I will be leaving PN after the end of the alignment wars this month. I lost interest in what is going on with the community and I have not really had fun with anything that has been going on with PN. thats not to say that i dont still want to game with all of you because ive known most of you for years. Unless something changes i just dont want to be part of this anymore.

I honestly wish I could say I didn't see this coming, however after seeing the way you reacted when I brought up the inactivity in the eSports teams I figured it would be a week before you posted something similar.
I'll admit, I didn't expect to see it over night.
Either way, if you aren't committed to the community nor enjoying it then of course there is no reason for you to be here. As far as something changing, I don't see what needs to change. When I first spoke with you about the Captain position and you seemed not only excited but dedicated. In the staff PM that was sent out yesterday regarding everyone's roles, I also offered everyone the chance to step down without any negative repercussions.
To me, it sounds like you bit off more than you can chew and do not have the leadership qualities to take the team where it needs to go, which is on the virtual battlefield. That is completely fine, we see a lot of that in this community. Though there is no reason for anything to change. The only thing going on is an optional month long event and some game battles getting off the ground.
No one is forced to do anything here. If they take a staff position and don't do it, they lose that staff position. That's it. There is no action taken, there is no hard feelings. They simply lose that position and the ability to regain it. The community is still willing to keep them with open arms.
It just seems like you got overwhelmed at the idea of having to run something, and that's OK.
If your decision is to leave then I wish you well, have fun and I'm sure we'll see you around on the box.

this has nothing to do with being captain. i know if i didnt want to be captain i just have to say something but i just dont like whats going on with the community. i dont think that me leaving is in any way bad, i was thinking about it and i feel like maybe i just need to get away from it for a little bit because its starting to become aggravating and annoying

What is aggravating?
As I said in my earlier post, you aren't required to do anything here. If an event is happening that you don't want to take part in, don't.
Players who aren't active are put on the inactivity list. If they inform me they will be inactive, they are not eligible to be removed (see: Blaster V/Sweet Mohawk)
I can't understand what you're getting frustrated with, or why you're getting frustrated with it. There is nothing to be upset over?

i think in a way i can understand. it seems almost like some people are letting the alignment wars get between them. but at the same time i feel like in the coming weeks it will go back to normal

I dont get it at all. Your not happy with what is going on here, at a time when the community is at its best. We are coming together at least twice a week, and having, for the most part, a great time. Sure Ronnie gets salty every time, then says stuff he regrets, then he apologizes.
I just want to know what is going on that is so painful for you.
