So. The Elder Scrolls Online is coming to the Xbox One and Playstation 4, however, instead of getting them next month as originally promised, the games have been delayed... by up to six months. To try and soften the blow, Bethesda is offering a discount on the console version to anyone who owns the PC or Mac versions of the game and the ability to transfer your characters. So, you end up paying $20 for the game instead of the full priced $60. To me, this isn't surprising. Not to mention I'm rather surprised that I don't care that much. Due to the subscription fee and the fact that I have a strong feeling 95% of Panic Nation will never even boot this game up, I feel a bit meh about the whole ordeal. However, with another half of a year to go before we see the game on consoles, maybe it will make the jump to Free-to-play by that time, thus allowing us all to jump in head first. I would honestly love if they re-thought the whole subscription thing. There have been a lot of successful games that have subscriptions, but a lot of them have tanked also. I'm not saying this is one of those cases, but I have to pay for a subscription to play the game online, then I have to pay a subscription to even play the game itself? That is beyond screwed up.

On the playstation 4, you don't have to purchase playstation+ in order to play the game. You simply pay the subscription. However, Micro$oft was having none of that. But I think in the long run it won't matter much. I'll be happy to wait for the next single player Elder Scrolls adventure.

If they can make anything half as good as Skyrim, it'd be well worth the wait.

Ronnie, it's Bethesda. They only put out quality games. You missed out on Morrowind and Oblivion. Each installment takes huge strides in surpassing the previous entry in every way imaginable.
Zenimax is handling online. Which is the parent company of Bethesda. Needless to say, you don't have anything to worry about.

I'm still sitting here waiting patiently on Fallout 4 though. One day. *Sheds a single tear*

You do realize that the gap between Fallout 2 and 3 was a decade, correct?
