Connor, the test footage is 100% real.
They've said from the start Ryan Reynolds would be reprising the role. The people who made the test footage are the same people that made the cutscenes in Halo Wars. They confirmed it was legitimate when it was originally leaked.

I don't know I think they did the cgi thing for test footage but they might do the whole thing like the test footage and touch it up more theres alot of complicated things that deadpool can do since he can't die like jumping out of helicopters and crashing to walls with all his limbs and head being twisted and mangled not totally sure.

Personally with so many special effects need I would almost like to see the entire movie in CGI just due to the fact that if they have to edit so much of it they could end up ruining the movie. With that being said it would be even better for the movie to be in live action.

And here comes David to swoop in and throw some knowledge on ya.
So first of all, test footage is a common practice to show off ideas to movie executives and others to get an idea out there; it's similar to a story board (it's actually the step after story boarding for a lot of people)
Second: this move (if it happens) will of course be fucking awesome if, and it's a BIG if, Marvle can
A: make it actually be funny with out being stupid
B: avoid too many 4th wall breaks that are lame and stupid
C: listen not only to fans and source material such as the comics, but Ryan Renolds himself. The dude is a huge deadpool fan and was upset with what the did to him in that shitty wolverine movie.
