Today I'm traveling across the country, from one coast to the other and I've come to realize that almost everyone is out for just themselves. I'm staying the night at the USO here in LA. All these people are coming in here and eat their food and drink all their drinks. All free of charge, however the tip jar sitting on the counter has less that 10 dollars in it. I put five of those there. What is wrong with people now that make them seem to believe that the world owes them anything? That they rate the help they are getting. The USO is ran by volunteers, all of them use their time and money to provide for these people who are stuck here for hours with nowhere else to go. I'm no saint but these kids are just dicks. The only people that even seem to respect these people and what they are doing here is the Royal Marines from Britain.
We as race show take care of each other, look out for each other. When someone give something to you, it should be a goal you set for yourself to give what you can back. Even if its only 50 cents from your pocket or helping them carry something. The lack of respect and just plain out manners here in LA is sickening.
