You should try to encourage yourself to do some form of activity for at least 30min a day..... walking, running, playing with pets, gyming, sex, etc. Never know, you could wake not being able to walk like I did. I never realized how not being able to simply walk, bind over, or sit would open my eyes to how important something so simple can mean so much because we never think about it until youre physically unable.
